Meeting Minutes

Regular Meetings
Meetings of the organization shall be held monthly from September to May at a time and day and at a location designated by the Executive Board. Notice of these meetings shall be sent to all members of the organization no less than ten (10) days prior to the meeting date.

Special Meetings
Special meetings of the members may be called by the President or a majority of the Executive Board. A petition signed by Eight (8) general members of the organization may also call a special meeting. Notice of any special meeting of the membership shall be given at least two (2) days in advance of the meeting by electronic methods or by written notice.
